Recognition of the exams students have passed at another higher education institution

Based on the Decision on the Recognition of Exams which students have passed at another Higher Education Institution from 21 January 2015 (Classification number: 602-04/15-10/, Reference number: 2186-73-01-15-01), the students of the Faculty of Geotechnical Engineering who have previously studied at another higher education institution can submit a Request for Exam Recognition to the Faculty ECTS Coordinator.

The link to the request form can be found attached below. During October of the current academic year, after students have filled in and signed a Request for Exam Recognition, they bring it to the Faculty ECTS Coordinator together with a grade transcript, a curriculum of a course for which they seek recognition and a student`s id booklet.

Based on a grade transcript and a curriculum, the ECTS Coordinator together with course professors expresses the Opinion about the Recognition of ECTS Credits. Based on the Opinion about the Recognition of Exams the Dean of the Faculty makes the Decision about the Recognition of ECTS Credits together with the Vice-Deans for Teaching and Quality Assurance..

Within 30 days from the date on which the Decision about the Recognition of ECTS Credits has been made and a student has received a student`s id booklet, they have to get signatures from course professors so that the whole procedure of exam recognition can be completed during a winter semester- before exam periods.
