Acquisition of Geoenvironmental Numerical Data

Institucionalni istraživački projekt financiran inicijativom Europske unije NextGenerationEU, usmjeren na digitalizaciju i sistematizaciju istraživačkih podataka iz tri laboratorija: Geotehničkog laboratorija (GL), Laboratorija za geokemiju okoliša (LGO) i Laboratorija za inženjerstvo okoliša (IOL). Cilj je stvoriti funkcionalnu, interaktivnu, georeferenciranu bazu podataka koja obuhvaća geotehničke i podatke o okolišu.
Sustav AGENDA izgrađen je na SAS modelu (pohrana, pristup, pretraživanje). Služi kao temelj za znanstvena istraživanja, prostorno planiranje, donošenje odluka u upravljanju okolišem i suradnju s industrijom. Osim toga, projekt doprinosi unapređenju otvorene znanosti, digitalne transformacije i razvoja nacionalne infrastrukture prostornih podataka.

PROJECT TEAM:
• Asst. Prof. Mario Gazdek
Project Manager, Head of the Geotechnical Laboratory (GL)
Responsible for project management and coordination of base development. He has many years of experience in geotechnical research and conducting professional tests.

• Prof. Ivan Kovač
He participates in the interpretation and application of the results of geotechnical and environmental research within the project. He contributes expert knowledge in the analysis of field and laboratory data and advises in the scientific validation and dissemination of results.

• Albino Gradečak , ing. geot.
Senior laboratory technician, Quality Manager of the Geotechnical Laboratory
Responsible for the preparation, entry and quality control of digitized data and database testing. He contributes with experience in the implementation of laboratory tests and knowledge of soil testing methodology.

• Goran Jeftić, mag. ing. geot.
Senior expert associate, Technical Manager of the Geotechnical Laboratory
Involved in the systematization and mapping of test data and database testing. He contributes with experience in the implementation of laboratory tests and knowledge of soil testing methodology.

• Asst. Prof. Lucija Radetić
Head of the Environmental Engineering Laboratory (EEL)
Responsible for the development of environmental data modules, alignment with open science requirements and structuring of environmental indicators. Contributes experience in the application of water analysis methods and the establishment of a database of micropollutants in surface waters of the NW of the Republic of Croatia.

• Marija Knez, Assistant, Environmental Engineering Laboratory (EEL)
Participates in the entry and analysis of environmental data and the development of criteria for searching environmental aspects of the database. Contributes experience in working in the laboratory, validating environmental data and testing the functionality of the database.

• Paula Benjak, Assistant, Environmental Engineering Laboratory (EEL)
Participates in the entry and analysis of environmental data and the development of criteria for searching environmental aspects of the database. Contributes experience in working in the laboratory, validating environmental data and testing the functionality of the database.

• Benjamin Radetić, Assistant, Environmental Engineering Laboratory (EEL)
Participates in the entry and analysis of environmental data and the development of criteria for searching environmental aspects of the database. Contributes experience in working in the laboratory, validating environmental data and testing the functionality of the database.

• Prof. Sanja Kapelj
Head of the Environmental Geochemistry Laboratory (EGL)
Responsible for geochemical interpretation of environmental data, harmonization of the database with scientific terminology.

• PhD Saša Zavrtnik, Senior Associate, Environmental Geochemistry Laboratory (EGL)
Participates in the collection and entry of data on the chemical composition of soil and water samples and supports the integration of laboratory results into the database, validation of environmental data and testing of database functionality.
